my stay included many positives. the usb ports built into the beach parasols were useful. the private beach was clean. the hotel offered its own private beach, really great. i loved having it just steps away from my room.
the gym was slightly small.

The food was ok at the Turkish restaurant. Mohamed kamel made decent cocktails.
I found the room was not up to par. The television did not work upon arrival. It took hours to fix the problem. i noticed part of the clientele behaved inappropriately.

i enjoyed my stay, i booked a beautiful twin room sea view. The room was very clean and had comfortable beds. i liked the food variety at the main restaurant. the staff was friendly, i will recommend this place.
the gym only had limited equipment, two treadmills were out of service. The pool area did get crowded at times. i noticed a fee small maintenance issues, like a loose tile near THE pool.

i found the staff to be very hardworking and diligent. from the entertainment team to the grounds keepers, everyone cared. the restaurant chefs and staff were also excellent. we loved our time here and would recommend it as a great place.
i will mention the quality of the hotel should be improved. the quality of lunch and dinner needs improvement. onsite restaurants should also be improved too. i needed a firm pillow, but they did not have any other choices.

the staff was friendly, and they kept the beach very clean. the entertainment team. I thought the room cleaning was perfect. the view was amazing.
the balcony was quite small. it primarily overlooked the neighboring hotel. the breakfast was disappointing. hot food options included beef sausages, and tinned mushrooms.

Zara at reception ensured a beautiful room was prepared. Ibrahim from the restaurant was attentive to our needs. Ahmed and Mosafa prepared drinks at the hotel bar.
The bar area lacked a vibrant atmosphere, it felt somewhat subdued.
